Unilegal is a law firm founded in 2004 by lawyers Antonella Benedetti and Paolo Pasetto. Lawyer Antonella Benedetti

Born in Verona in 1967, she was awarded a Law degree at the University of Modena in 1993, completing specialist courses in Padua, Rome and Naples.
Admitted to the Verona Bar in 1999, she is a member of the Trust Association of Italy as well as the Commission for International Relations and relations with other Bar Associations.
She was co-author of the “Compendium of Private International Law” (Dike Giuridica Editrice, 2008).
Specialisations: Corporate Commercial, M&A, Finance & Banking, Capital Markets, Trusts, Real Estate, Debt restructuring agreements, bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings.

Lawyer Paolo Pasetto

Born in Verona in 1965, graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 1993.
He was awarded a Master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Proceedings by Iuxta in Milan. Admitted to the Verona Bar in 1997.
Author of various studies and publications on administrative law and civil proceedings.
Co-author of the “Compendium of Private International Law” (Dike Giuridica Editrice, 2008) and the “Manual of the New Civil Proceedings” (Dike Giuridica Editrice, 2010). Formerly a collaborator with the department of regional administrative law at the University of Padua.
Specialisations: Litigation and arbitration, commercial law, administrative law, Debt restructuring agreements, bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings, Finance & Banking and Real Estate. Languages: Italian, English.
